We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images; however, since plants are natural products, the actual plants received may vary slightly in size, color, and form. These natural variations do not constitute a quality issue.

3.1 Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. After order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Free for orders $50 or more via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment

3.5 Shipping Restrictions

Due to agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please confirm your address is within our service area before ordering.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

4.1 Return Timeframe

We accept return and exchange requests within 15 days of receiving plants.

4.2 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must:

• Be in their original condition and packaging
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Not be planted or significantly altered from original state
• Include all original tags when returned

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All products in the Rare Plant Collection
• Plants showing signs of improper care or damage after delivery
• Custom or special order items
• Plants that have been planted or removed from the original container

4.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for our authorization and return instructions
3. Repackage and ship the plants according to instructions
4. We will process the return within 3-5 business days of receipt

4.5 Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plant arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement.
