We carefully prepare each plant with the attention it deserves. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

  • Ideal for gardeners who want faster delivery with tracking

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipping
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more
  • Perfect for patient gardeners planning their seasonal planting

Shipping Areas

We ship globally to help gardeners worldwide create their dream landscapes. Please note we are unable to ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to agricultural restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to assess your new botanical additions and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not planted or significantly altered from its original state
  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature and limited availability of certain plants, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • RARE PLANTS COLLECTION: Rare Azaleas, Rare Conifers, Rare Flowering Plants, and Rare Perennials
  • Plants that show signs of improper care or damage after delivery
  • Custom or special order items
  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers

Our rare plants require specialized care and have limited availability, making returns impractical.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Gardening Support Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Await Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the plants in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing and Resolution

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in your order.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange a plant for a different variety:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Specify in your email which plant you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new plant once we receive the return
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
