Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to assess your new botanical additions and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not planted or significantly altered from its original state
- Returned with all original tags and labels attached
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of certain plants and to ensure the highest quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- RARE PLANTS COLLECTION: Rare Azaleas, Rare Conifers, Rare Flowering Plants, and Rare Perennials (due to their limited availability and specialized care requirements)
- Plants that show signs of improper care or damage after delivery
- Custom or special order items
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
Step-by-Step Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 2: Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the plants in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing and Resolution
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
